~Spicy Talk~
During the Revitalize Digestion Program, I made my husband and I breakfast sausage using the Savory Sausage Spice Blend. We loved it so much, we still have it for breakfast most days. I love being able to buy the blend online, ready-made.

I’m the butcher at Mountain Fountain Market in Hygiene, CO and I’ve used the Revitalize Digestion Spice Blends to spice our sausages. People like the nightshade- and sugar-free options!

Ranch Dressing is my favorite, and the other night I used the Ranch Style Spice Blend on chicken! Delicious…

Malia, the herbalist at Late Bloomer Herbals:
My name is Malia Thompson. As a child of hippie parents of the 70’s in Flagstaff, Arizona, I grew up with a close connection with nature. Campfires were our dining room and entertainment center; rushing rivers were our roller coasters; and the animals, rocks, plants and trees were our teachers. My elders were guides for building community, happiness and respect for our earth. I am forever grateful for these experiences, and shaping who I am today.
I received my training in the Vitalist tradition of western herbalism and nutrition at the Colorado School for Clinical Herbalism in Boulder, Colorado. Vitalism has roots dating back to Hippocrates in the 4th Century BC. Vitalism means to examine, investigate and remove obstacles to health on all levels – physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual. It incorporates all aspects of science, specifically physiology and pathophysiology, and equally values knowledge from ancient herbal traditions, empirical observation, instinct and intuition.
Everything we need can be found in nature.
I work with herbs, nutrition and lifestyle changes to educate and empower my clients to take charge of their own health. I am a certified herbalist & nutritionist with at least 1600 classroom hours, as well as continuing education in herbalism, nutrition, physiology, and flower essences for emotional support.
